International Project Design Management Services (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd. is an established firm of Landscape & Environment Planners and Architects based in New Delhi. We provide specific services required by clients for Master Planning, Landscape and BuildingDesign, Site Planning, External Services and overall Site Management.

Our clients includes International Companies, Commercial developers, Hotel groups, and both State and Central Government Departments. We have successfully handled an extremely comprehensive range of projects including Embassy Grounds, Office Campuses, Industrial Town-ships, Hotels, Hospitals, Institutional Buildings and Commercial Complexes as well as the creation of new Landscape areas and Parks.

Master Planning

We have successfully handled an extremely comprehensive range of projects including Embassy Grounds, Office Campuses, Industrial Town-ships, Hotels, Hospitals, Institutional Buildings and Commercial Complexes as well as the creation of new Landscape areas and Parks.

Detailed Landscape Design

Design details of landscape elements such as swimming pools, water bodies, tennis courts, amphitheater, plazas and hard areas, pergolas, irrigation systems and planting plans based on Master Plan recommendations.

Design Construction and Site Supervision

We provide all services associated with preparation of contact documentation and tenders, project cost planning and financial management, environmental assessment and analysis and site supervision.

Our team includes experts in the field of Architecture, Landscape architecture, Conservation, Design and External services (Electrical and Plumbing). We follow a comprehensive approach throughout the development of the design. Cost studies at the design development stage always include consideration of all possible aspects - (design, maintenance and cost). In other words, we have a holistic approach both in Design, in construction and use.

Sujata Kohli

IPDM Services (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd. is headed by Sujata Kohli who has an academic background in architecture from S.P.A., New Delhi, Masters in Landscape Architecture from S.P.A. and Diploma in Landscape Conservation from Florence, Italy.

Sujata is a keen photographer and a reluctant painter of natural landscapes

Sujata has a vast experience of working & interacting with Corporate Houses, Diplomatic Missions, International Hotel chains, Industrial Houses etc. for site planning and landscape design in India, Nepal and Pakistan. She has been part of the international group to have worked with World Bank Projects for infrastructure works in Bhutan.

She has been visiting faculty member to School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi from 1989-2003, visiting jury member to various departments of School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi from 1992-2006, and member of Indian National Trust for Art & Cultural Heritage INTACH.
