The landscape concept in this 12-acre township was to create a tranquil and peaceful complex, with less concrete and more greens – a housing colony with all the outdoor facilities of a pool, play fields and gardens to walk around. A club house and its greens at the entrance are in a way the heart of the compound with lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Abundant use of trees, flowing shrubs and water bodies attract a variety of birds and provide its residents a life of serenity.
