Highlights
This SEZ hill site of 27 acres is located in the Gachibaoli area of Hi-tech City. The master plan, prepared by RSP, is an exercise on maximizing the build area. This is a very high density development, but there are some areas left as reserved greens which are designed as buffers between the various blocks and the outside. The major emphasis in this project is on the road network with external services. The entrance to the SEZ & non-SEZ areas has been designed as one big forecourt, with separate entry and exit point. The roads also have wide, safe pedestrian pathways with appropriate street furniture. The top of the building is designed to be a people plaza and is connected to the main four blocks with bridges at that level.the main entrance to the offices with high quality hard landscaping flowing into the buildings. Court 3 is designed as a spill over area for the café, built over several levels around palm trees.
