Godrej Housing complex is divided in two parcels with a sector road in the middle. The landscape objective for the project is to create an outdoor environment for residents of all ages; re - spond to local climatic influence to encourage the use of external space; and, to create a culturally relevant identity through forms and materials. With elements such as water, flora and levels, the landscape structure is created to complement the building architecture. Landscape dynamics created with patterns and textures at strategic places highlight the drop-off areas, nodes and pedestrian squares etc.
