The twenty acres site is abutting a game sanctuary and has orchards of mango and guava trees. The site slopes four to five meters longitudinally. The placement of tents, twenty five in number, is as per site slopes and existing trees. The entire ambiance of the site is created like an extension of the sanctuary. The brief was to develop it as an exclusive tented resort, giving guests an experience of the natural habitat. So the landscape concept is to enhance the natural flora and fauna of the site by adding indigenous flowering and fruiting trees and shrubs. Only some of the areas have been designed as manicured greens like the swimming pool zone, the entrance court and the planting under the mongo orchard. A winding lake is created to take care of surface drainage and rain water. The amphitheater sits in the lake, with stage and changing rooms across the water, on the other edge. Various bridges on the lake are designed as over flow features, as the lake has varying levels of water.
