Hotel Park Hyatt Goa is situated in south Goa on Arossim beach. the architecture of this property emulates a goan/ portuguese village with meandering lanes, and two storey structures on both sides. the architectural style is very vernacular using local forms & materials. the original landscape concept is done by sci of napa, california. the landscape follows the same principle in developing the spaces as village streets and village squares, having a fountain at the centre. there are three streets on the north of the reception lobby and two streets on the south side. the villa rooms are entered from these streets with lagoon view on the other site.  the lagoon spreads over 12 acre area, in five fingers-like formation. the lagoon is at three levels, creating cascades for aeration. the porte cochere has a central fountain leading to an open lobby with a clear view of the lagoon, swimming pool and the ocean across. the area falling within the 200m line has been treated with indigenous plants over the existing contours, merging with the beach, reached by wooden board walks.
