Serene, stark and simple building blocks formulating clear orthogonal open spaces with simplistic look and feel, marge into each other. the public building’s central courtyard is linear and culminates in a large bodhi tree. 
while the double story guest room block has a linear water body in front intercepted with bridges as dividers and leading to guest room entries. the clear water body has a few lotus plants in each section and the edge detail towards the guest rooms is like a stepped ghat. 
the pool area is simple and overlooks a large green space beyond the pool’s infinity edge. the extended green  also has a water harvesting pond in the midst of large trees.
