This project is a public park spread over three acres, with a part designed as highend F&B outlet in order to generate revenue for maintenance of the project. The remaining part is a park with an amphitheater and a musical fountain to host cultural events, musical shows etc. The area is very green with a lot of mature evergreen and flowering trees. The musical fountain is an added attraction for the young with shows in the evening. A conscious attempt has been made in the project to harness solar energy for external lighting. The entire rainwater of the ground is harvested in rain wells and water is used judicially for irrigation using drip system.
