EWDPL, as one of leading developers is marketing a residential development for today’s modern consumer. Treasure Town is planned on an area of 120 acres, approximately five kilometers south of the city center. The design offers unique residential estates with inter connected green open space. The landscape is zoned into four key areas to create a tranquil environment. These zones are Streetscape, Neighborhood Parks, District Parks and Boundary Screen. Each of these is associated with planting, paving and lighting strategies. The palette of plants, and the use of lighting and paving elements, contribute to the creation of the desired landscape character for each of the four zones. The open space structure of the project includes a variety of outdoor facilities to make the landscape a usable and attractive resource for the residents. The open spaces are connected together by a network of footpaths, helping to encourage pedestrian movement. The primary land-scape objective is the creation of a tranquil settling for this development  a relaxing contrast to the generally urban surrounding.
